SHIPPING
We ship internationally by An Post postal service. Estimated delivery time in Ireland is 1-3 business days and for all other countries it is 3-10 business days.
COST
Post is free to EU countries and for all other countries the cost of postage is displayed at the checkout.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied please contact us.
We offer a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by purchase documents (receipt/order number). The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including tags/labels and in the original packaging. Refund will be made by the original payment method.
If you are returning an order because of a change of mind about the purchase you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods. In the case of an incorrect order or a defective product, Cooking Cosy Ltd will incur the cost of shipping provided we have been contacted first.
If a product you received is damaged please contact us by email in advance of returning your item.
